Round 01 · Apr 17 – 19, 2026
Nick - P3
Season opener at Carolina Motorsports Park. The car came off the trailer fast and only got faster. Nick managed to take the 860 STI to the podium in his first outing, an amazing result for the team and Nick. Max battled some issues with the car and was never truly comfortable with the car until Sunday and by then it was to late for him to make any substantial progress in the standings. Nate Chen and Nick kept fans engaged by doing various ride along sessions throughout the weekend and all cars battled insanely hot conditions and made it home in one piece, which is the biggest win of them all for the team!
Round 02 · May 8 – 9, 2026
Dai - P4 / Nick - P7
With Dai Yoshihara officially part of the Subimods team, it's time to see what the GD STI can do. After a full weekend at Gridlife, Dai breaks down what's working, what isn't, and where the car can improve. But as the event unfolds, it's clear that weekends like these are about more than results. They're about seat time, learning from mistakes, meeting great people, and coming home with a better car than you started with.
Round 03 · June 6-9, 2026
Dai - P2 / Nick - P8
Months of preparation, countless late nights in the shop, and a completely reworked GD WRX have all led to one of the biggest events of the season. With a larger turbo, a new setup, and one goal in mind, the team heads to Gingerman Raceway looking to break into the 1:29s. But racing doesn't care about your plans. As temperatures rise and the pressure builds, every session becomes a battle against the clock, the car, and the unexpected. Small adjustments turn into major repairs, hard-earned progress is met with new challenges, and the team is forced to adapt at every opportunity. Through the setbacks, one thing never changes—the people. From fellow competitors lending a hand to the incredible Subaru community filling the paddock, Gridlife continues to prove why it's one of the most special weekends in motorsports. This is more than chasing lap times. It's about perseverance, teamwork, and pushing beyond the limits, one lap at a time.
Round 4 · July 24-26, 2026
Dai - P3 / Nick - P5
After fighting through technical issues, the team worked late into the night to get @daiyoshihara's car ready, and it paid off with a podium finish. Thanks to everyone who stopped by the @subimods booth and supported the team all weekend.
